By accessing and using TFW AI, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Permission is granted to temporarily use TFW AI for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not modify or copy the materials.

• • You are responsible for the content you generate and share
• • Content must not violate any laws or infringe on others' rights

• • Generating harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• • Attempting to reverse engineer our AI models
• • Using the service for spam or malicious purposes
• • Violating any applicable laws or regulations

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons with or without notice.

TFW AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
